NEWS FROM THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

We received a late reply from Electra Janis, a candidate for Washington County Commissioner, and have identified her as a pro-life candidate. We have already listed both Larry Maggi and Nick Sherman as pro-life. You can only vote for two but three will be elected (two from the majority party and one from the minority party). It would be great if all three winners were pro-life. 

I would also like to remind you that we do not cover every local race. Excellent pro-life candidates like Bob Howard for Allegheny County Controller and Herb Ohliger for Allegheny County Treasurer were not listed but deserve your vote because, besides being pro-life, they are actually more qualified than their opponents who just want a political job. There may be other local candidates in your county, especially school board candidates who deserve your vote. Get to know your local candidates. https://www.pafamilyvoter.com/ may offer some help for school board races.
