News from the Chairman of the Board (Fall 2022)

Let me remind you that the overturning of the Roe v Wade decision did not make abortion illegal, and it did not save one life. BUT it did give states the ability to pass laws that will protect women and unborn children without the threat that the Federal Supreme Court will strike them down.

The importance of electing pro-life state representatives and senators as well as a pro-life governor has never been more important.

Our 50 years of struggle to protect the lives of unborn children has not been in vain. We have not won the battle yet, but a possible path to victory has been cleared. Your efforts to reach your circle of influence are critical. We must fight back against the lies that women will be denied treatment for ectopic pregnancies or miscarriages. It is a fact that no states have proposed a law that would deny actual needed health care to women. We must get the message out that the “too extreme position” is really that of Shapiro and Fetterman who promote abortion at any time, for any reason, to be paid with your tax dollars. Contrast that with the reasonable position of both Mastriano and Oz, who would protect the lives of mothers and their unborn children while providing much needed support and life affirming alternatives.

Please help the campaigns of your local pro-life State Representatives and Senators in any way you can.

One easy way is to consider voting by mail and helping others to do the same. Each election about 5% of conservatives who plan to go to the polls on election day never make it due to sickness or last minute conflicts. Until the voting laws are changed we must match the efforts made by the liberals to secure early voting by mail! Besides, if you have already voted, you are now free to work at the polls or help others get out to vote.
